We’ve had our garden room for 3 years. Another member of our family just got their latest model and it look’s cracking. We’ve had great service throughout and they still check in with us now. Ours I actually prefer now as it looks more a part of the natural garden as it matures. In the lakes we’ve had awful rain & heavy snow and the roof still looks perfect.
Not sure why there are any bad reviews, our small sample of 2 experiences has been great. Perhaps other people don’t follow the simple aftercare???

My garden room was completed a month ago now, and the entire experience was as stress free as you could want for an installation like this! There's been no teething problems thus far, and throughout the process the communication and responsiveness from Jamie & Gabs was fantastic.
I'd seen a few unfavourable reviews which did leave me slightly nervous, however those nerves were completely unfounded.
If anyone is in the market for a garden room do yourself a favour and look no further than Sdhp!

Was a little sceptical when reading some reviews on here alongside having a slight delay on site, however I am really happy with the end product.
The build took 2 days in total, and the install team were friendly and know the product inside out. The whole room seems of a really high standard, which tbh you would expect at this price point. Thanks to Gabrio for project managing also.

My second garden room! We had one installed in our last house installed 3 years ago, hasn't needed any maintenance at all. We bought a new one this year, that did need another screw in the trim after a few months which they quickly came and sorted. Great product and great aftercare.

Fantastic initial service & great aftercare!
We had our room installed back in 2021. It was pretty much perfect.
I’m not sure how anyone can leave a bad review. Like any build project, there were niggles, but hardly anything at all. The door needed a tiny bit of adjustment once the room had settled which was done easily. They also replaced a faulty light.
After a full year there were some areas that needed more stain. The wood does expand and contract as its a living material, but never had any problems. Maybe other customers aren’t taking the proper care, but we re-stain once a year, keep it ventilated and don’t store anything up against the outside which can attract damp and cause issues.
This year we had a bit of trim come off when a branch hit the roof! It came down with a real thud but the roof held up very well, and only a bit of plastic trim came off. They quickly sent me a replacement piece free of charge, even 2 years out of warranty.
Shout out to Jamie and Gabrio who are always responsive and made the whole thing seamless.

Had my Darcie installed last week and wanted to wait until we had moved all our stuff in before I reviewed. The whole purchase, delivery and installation was flawless but I wanted to see for myself having used it over a week if it was, insulated, well built and as good as promised. I have to say I am completely and utterly over the moon with it. It’s amazing and completely transformed our garden space and allowed us the extra room we needed. We have half as a nice storage area and the other half is an open plan entertaining area that flows out to the decking. It’s truly amazing… as soon as it stops raining I’ll be adding pictures too… thank you guys!! Wonderful all round.

We are delighted with our garden office, we've had it a few months now and it's great, I prefer it to when I used to use the spare room in the house as it feels separate. I was worried it wouldn't feel solid but the build and finish quality is incredible. And I must say the lady we dealt with when ordering was great, talked us through everything we needed and made it so easy. The team that came and installed were super quick also. My wife wants a second one for a studio for herself, we've recommended them to everyone we know. Must say, solid 5 stars

Great journey throughout the website, easy to choose exactly what you want and understand the process from start to finish. Great to be able to customise my design exactly as I wanted. Very helpful if you pick up the phone and have a chat also. In the end I realised they didn't offer delivery
overseas, but they let me use the design free of charge for a local builder to use and offered to assist in technical knowledge as well.

" We had our new garden office installed two weeks ago and couldn't be happier with it. It's added much needed space for my wife and I to work in and transformed how we use the garden. The build was incredibly quick and the installation team took every little hiccup in their stride (including having to share the smallish garden space with another team of tradesmen doing work on the back of the house!). Great communication and so far great value.e whole process has been impressive from the design stage where detailed drawings are produced with their many requested alterations to the on scheduled delivery to the final build. The finished product is as per the drawings and looks even better in the flesh.

One misdescription on their brochure is it saying the shed can be built in one day. The fitter said "no way" - the minimum period of an average build is 3 days.
That apart it has been wonderful experience and very pleasing from start to finish and a great product at the end.

We live on a sloped property and thought this may be an issue but the friendly installers took it in their stride. The build itself is solid and appears good quality and has been a great addition to the house. Special thanks to Gabrio for managing the project.

I know I made the right choice when picking your company. My only thought is that I wish you had a catchier name like ‘Special Spaces ‘ or some such which is easier to remember and pass on!!!!! Just a thought !!!

From the moment we got in touch with the guys they were so attentive and listened to what was important for our garden studio.
We'd already done our research and got in touch with other companies but Fora definitely stood out from the rest, not just for their modern designs but also the price point and the quick turnaround. We had our garden studio delivered within a month, and built in one day. The builders arrived at 8am and left just before 6pm!
It has been a total game changer for us having the extra space in the garden, I can escape and wfh in the garden office which conveniently doubles up as a snug in the evenings.

Communication between the customer and project manager was poor and when there was a problem which could have been avoided with proper project management there was no way of getting hold of anyone.! Despite following it up still nothing back, very poor given you have to pay up front for everything. Build team are great though. At the moment I wouldn't recommend this.

I cannot fault Fora from start to finish.
Pre sale: I was guided through the process on the phone by a really helpful team. Lots of options to choose from and I paid over the phone with my credit card to help spread the payments over the year.
Post sale: One of the team kept me informed on how the test construction in their workshop was going and double checked photos of my patio for the delivery. We agreed a date which I had to push back 1 day for personal reasons which they accomodated.
Install: They built the entire thing within a day. (although someone came back the next day to replace one of the faulty light bulbs) All the electrics are seamless and I just plug it in every morning with the cable provided into my garage plug socket.
It looks really high quality, too early to see how the product weathers over time, but they give a 10 year warranty (and I have added a waterproof coating to all the wood to help keep it looking nice! Thanks SdPh Team!
