The Model 0 is a fully insulated 2.75m x 2m garden room designed as a compact garden office or studio. At 2.45m high, it is built to sit within permitted development in most UK gardens, meaning planning permission is not usually required.

Our high quality wood effect flooring with graining will finish off your new garden room perfectly. The underneath is insulated to ensure you can go bare--foot, or wear your slippers if you prefer!
There is a colour and style to suit all tastes, and best of all, it's included free of charge. If you prefer, you can source your own floor covering.
All our garden rooms come with a 10 year warranty & are manufactured to our rigorous high quality standard.
Unlike other garden rooms, the Model 0 garden office has an unrivalled level of finish. The Model 0 comes ready to go, whether you need space to work from home, to work out from home or to find a slice of peace within your home - we've got you covered! This isn't a 'bare-bones' garden summer house; this is an extension of your home. A space for rest, work and play.

However you use your new Model 0, it starts out as a blank canvas ready for you to put your stamp on and use straight away. The external structure is finished in a beautiful European Redwood, with a choice of colour finishes that allows you to personalise it as your own whilst accentuating the natural wood grain. You have double-glazed UPVC secure doors keeping everything safe and warm, as well as full electrical integration: built-in lighting, and the all-important recessed wall sockets, to keep you powered up.

Structurally, the floors, walls and roof are all insulated, creating a thermally efficient room. The temperature is regulated to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. All our pressure-treated wood comes with a 10-year warranty, ensuring the exterior looks as good as it does inside, every season, year after year. Our rooms are carefully designed to be less than 2.5m high, so you don't need to worry about planning permission.
Oh, and our electrics are 'plug and play' - so you don't need an electrician. You can power your garden room electrics by plugging the power cable provided straight into your home mains socket via the external electrical hook-up socket on the outside of your room.

And did we mention that installation is included in the price? We usually have your new garden room built in just one day and can install it within as little as 2 weeks.
